Shipping costs
Shipping will be free from €100 on the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
When the order is below that price, you will see the cost when you enter the cart.
Delivery times
We understand that delivery times can make you a little nervous, but we do our best to put your mind at ease. We have in-stock items that update in real time, so you can order knowing that your package will always be delivered on time.
- For bulk orders, delivery time is 10-15 days after payment confirmation. Our fulfillment process includes pick and pack, shipping and dispatch.
- For small orders, we take at least 3-6 days depending on the product and quantity from the project confirmation.
If you want to receive your order quickly, we can guarantee that it will arrive before a deadline.

If you need to send your order to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or by international transport, it may cost you a little more than the usual rates. After we receive your order, we will inform you of the exact shipping costs and any necessary customs duties.
If you specify a preferred mode of transportation with your order, we can send them to pick up the order at our location. Select the option that you like best.

We never run out of stock. There is always a perfect item for you in stock.
This means that we will be able to ensure that you have the correct quantity of products for your order in a timely manner and that deadlines are met.

No minimum order
Buy as much or as little as you want – we don’t impose financial barriers like minimum order requirements.
If your order does not reach €100 of product, you will pay €5 for transport.
